Ok I'm nosy and intrigued, next door are building behind their shed in a piece of land 20' x 16' x 3" triangle
But the plumbing going in has baffled me, large hot tub perhaps?

i would say koi pond, but seems like too much bottom drain pipe work

I wonder if its some sort of infitity pond / water fall system and those are going to be the drains for it
