Honda Civic Type-R (FD2) - Sat Nav help?

Apologies, I meant FN2 not FD2.

How do you upload a pre-defined route to the in-car sat nav? I assume there's a USB port somewhere that I can connect to?

Also, does it take .itn (TomTom itinerary) or .gpx (Garmin route) files, or some other extension?

As far as I'm aware, you can't upload maps or anything to the unit. It's pretty crap and dated to be honest.
