“We are established …… Profitability from a company’s perspective means are we achieving our potential, not only are we in the black in terms of our P&L And, we are not achieving our potential yet because the potential is so huge.”

After reading that I conclude he's a lying c.nt.

Remember the old saying about "If something looks too good to be true..."?

I looked at this a couple of months ago and decided I could live with the ads but didn't believe the business model could work.

Damnit, I was right again. If only I had the same forefront before my central heating maker went under!!!

If you paid by paypal, raise a claim. I've had my sim for 3 weeks. Not very happy!

Good shout - done!
Had these for my kids for quite a while - perfect on old Nokia's - until today...

Bugger! I bought a SIM for this only last week. I paid by paypal also; how do I go about raising a claim with paypal for this?

Login to paypal > resolution center > find the transaction > fill in form > collect £20

What box do I tick? Do I just say I never received the SIM, or that it is defective in that it doesn't make calls. Thanks for your help.

Is paypal worth the effort? Carweb charged me twice via paypal for the same HPI check and they were able to get away with it.

Only if you paid up to 45 days ago.

If you paid by cc try the cc company instead of pisspoorpal.

So it's back to Giffgaff - while they are still in business.

I tried Ovivo but got fed up of data stopping working on my tablet until I went into the browser and looked at their portal even though the T&Cs stated that you'd never have to look at advert if you weren't browsing. Tell that to my Youtube app... Gone over to GiffGaff with a 3Gb goodybag.
