scratch

Hi all. Just discovered a scratch about 2 inches long on my car. Looks like a key job! Scratch fails the finger nail test i.e. down to the primer. So, question is it a chipsaway type repair or panel respray? I am in Leicestershire so can anyone recommend a mobile service if indeed this is the way to go?
