I guess I'm in the minority here that I think it's been a pretty good window.
A LB, 2 CB, a RB and a DM plus a back up GK. All the positions that most on here were complaining about last season.
Will see what the manager can do now.
Was listening to TS earlier and they made a really good point about how crazy football is now when they said...is there any other industry where you spend so much money at the last minute with no plan at all. I mean Welbeck probably had no clue about a transfer until this morning...and then is trying to figure out where to go.
These are multi million pound global organisations and they don't even have a plan!

Whilst I'd have cheered on Welbeck in a Spurs shirt and voted him the best thing since Rebrov, wow Champions league for him whilst he gets rejected by the team that finished 7th and won't make the top 4 this year, lucky sod.

Bit disappointed we didn't get a striker...but really who would we have got, that would come to us, is better than what we have? We can't compete with the top 4 on a wage basis until our stadium is built.
He also made some, hopefully, good defensive signings. Stambouli should be an upgrade on Sandro as he is faster, tackles better and passes quicker. Should be similar to Schneiderlin but £20 mil cheaper!
Getting 6 or 10 mil for Sandro who has struggled for any sort of fitness for 18 months is good business if you ask me.
Overall, we are probably up 30 odd mil over the summer...and with a stadium to build it was inevitable that Levy would try and generate some cash.
