It certainly isn't the voting public.

:cough: enhanced co-operation :/cough:

enhanced cooperation is a procedure where a minimum of nine EU member states are allowed to establish advanced integration or cooperation in an area within EU structures but without the other members being involved.

Not being involved does NOT mean not being affected.

Acually, now we have already signed the treaties (well gordon the great did without our consent) the commission decides on a daily basis what powers it wants and what rules it will apply.

Like the transatlantic agreement that is set to destroy the NHS, did YOU give permission for that to happen?

It's rather telling that in the paragraph where he talks about the majority of Conservative voters would vote to leave tomorrow and that position being the default stance for prospective parliamentary candidates at selection time that he then goes on to admit that the party leadership have the opposite view.

Continues to support my belief that the problem is Cameron.

Always nice to read Daniel's polite arguments and balanced input including negative views about other parties. Would be welcome if others on this thread and elsewhere could be even half as civil.
Yes Cameron and his arse lickers are the problem!!! These threads would be a great deal shorter if the idiot Tory's had voted for Davis instead ,

Only if he can claim it was his intention all along.

But at least it is a big portion of kipper, rather than the tiny morsels of late, that the local PH piranhas can get themselves into a frenzy over.

This...

He's either got to go with it, or (more likely) come up with a list of excuses why he can't do it.

If Cameron does this I bet no one else in the EU will go near us for it, they don't want their barbarians back either smile
That's not the problem, it will be the Cherrie Blairs of our own legal leeches that will be all over it.

need I remind you of Hook'ie boy?

UK defence team paid for by our tax money, and far from a one-off case, it's every day stuff here.

Point taken but he wasn't running around beheading Innocents and Babies though was he?

I reckon a different set of calculations may come into play here.
Were those that committed the atrocity in Woolwich not represented then?

I separated out Defence in a UK court from General ooman rights over this act being beefed up, I don't see many lawyers trying to get the law overturned to allow these Scum back (never say Never of course, just struggling to see it).
Point taken...but the cynic in me thinks that if money is involved............

UKIP are starting to get their manifesto ready.

http://www.prospectmagazine.co.uk/opinions/exclusi...

Highlights include:

No income tax to be paid on minimum wage.
40p tax rate to start at £45000
Top rate of tax to be abolished.

Plus loads of other stuff which I can't be bothered typing out now.

The no tax on minimum wage sounds daft as you coukd get peopl on a decent (by comparison)wage of £9 asking the boss for a pay cut.
