Garage/Barn/Workshop in or near Newmarket

Hi guys, I will be moving from Newmarket to Isleham very soon and unfortunately the house we are buying doesn't have a garage, so I'm looking for a decent size garage, barn, unit, workshop to rent where I can store my equipment and work on my MX5 in or around the surrounding Newmarket area. Has to be secure with electricity a necessity and a decent price as I'm a poor student.

Let me know of anything that fits the bill, or at least comes fairly close.

No power, but I used to rent a council garage in Newmarket for £25 a month

Unfortunately newmarket is devoid of farms (because of the bloody horses) which are always a good source of decent storage.
