P/H Fly fishing meet at Avington

Hi all, I am arranging a fly fishing day at Avington trout fishery just outside of Winchester.

it is a wonderful venue and will be a great day. I will see about getting the club house opened for us a breakfast cooked too.
This is an open invite to anyone, even someone who has never fly fished before, but wants to give it a go
The date is to be confirmed and I am unsure if a weekday will be better than a weekend as it will be quieter, but it will probably be late June (an ideal time for stalking)
If you could add your name to the list and state if a weekend (probably Sunday) or weekday will be better I can see what the majority wish for.

You should spread your net wider than 'south coast'. Abington brings people in far and wide!

Hi, Unfortunately its not cheap, for a full day 4 fish ticket its £80, but that also includes catch and release fishing on the Itchen carrier, its not very wide and not easy to fish but great fun (the carrier).
If someone wishes to post on another area then please do, I cannot as its classed as cross posting and is frowned upon. I did think about face book, what do you all think?
