My Sinnis Apache..
Discussion
Bubbles in the oil suggest it's getting rather hot to me, no real surprise this weather.
That 'leak' might be related, is the rubber pipe on the left of the shot the crank breather by any chance? It's not unusual to get oil mist out of them (indeed it's what they are there for) & if it's not perfectly sealed you get marks like that around them.

Ah that would explain it. It was very hot, it was being ragged down my favourite roads in this lovely weather before I stopped for a fag break and noticed it That 'leak' might be related, is the rubber pipe on the left of the shot the crank breather by any chance? And that pipe, you mean this one?
That's also a perfectly good explanation, cheers!
Yup that looks like a breather pipe. I take it that it goes back to the crankcase somewhere? Piston rings never give a perfect seal (well occasionally they do as part of a seized engine...) so there is always a bit of pressure there to vent ( it also sucks in occasionally if the engine is suddenly cooled or at particular points in the cycle) hot oil vapourises and gets blown out, hence the mess.

It does, yes Makes sense, thank you very much for the explanation

My mates SUZUKI DR125 has broken
He was taking the piss so much when I got this, and he had that SUZUKI for less than 2 weeks and it's fked. Burns it's oil quicker than petrol, smokes and stinks and now it won't even idle.
CHIIIIINAAAAAAAA
so like any other 17 year old he thrashed an unbroken in engine. He was taking the piss so much when I got this, and he had that SUZUKI for less than 2 weeks and it's fked. Burns it's oil quicker than petrol, smokes and stinks and now it won't even idle.

Careful to jump to assumptions sir, he got it off someone I've known for a while who is a bike mechanic, so it should of been fine. Funny thing is, he got the DR over a 2 stroke for the reliability Maybe my bike breaking disease is on him now.
From what I've heard about these china bikes is the 1st thing to do drop the factory oil as soon as you get it.
factory fill oil is supposed to awful and people just leave it in and do 1000s of miles with no service = spammed motor.
Do regular quality oil changes and the motors seem to do ok

Been reading up on the Sinnis Apache
while it is Chinese, its built in a Suzuki controlled china factory and uses their material and tooling, thus is a world away in build and materials used in the Pulse and superbyke.
It appears the Sinnis Apache is basically a Suzuki built DR 125 based bike, but not badged bike
the Pulse and superbyke are copies made by someone else completely

Interesting, do you have a link for that info please? while it is Chinese, its built in a Suzuki controlled china factory and uses their material and tooling, thus is a world away in build and materials used in the Pulse and superbyke.

I don't believe that. It'll be parts copied based on the Suzuki. Same as many Chinese companies do with Honda parts.Same as the others it looks the same but made by entirely different factories, with lower quality control, and cheaper parts.
So not de-badged Suzuki, it's more a counterfeit.

the Sinnis Apache is built by Jinan Qingqi Motorcycle Co Ltd as the QM125GY-2B
Sinnis a UK company buy them in from them.
Jinan Qingqi Motorcycle Co Ltd are a Suzuki OEM partner and build most of the sub 300cc bikes for Suzuki

Basically, the Apache is a DR125 copy, but built by the exact same people who build the DR125 for Suzuki in the 1st place, therefore much better than the Pulse and superbyke, that are copies of the Apache made bye a totally separate company.

Even if we ignore assembly, without knowing the parts used are indeed the same as Suzuki, and the quality control the same, we can't assume they're the bikes are equivalent.
Your can surely understand my skepticism, this cloning business is commonplace, but it's never equivalent.
few people here claiming make they DR-Z125 along with other Suzuki's and kwakers
