I'm determined to get one (working at a dealership helps) but I will be doing the tyga mrx conversion. Luckily we deal with them too, so I should be able to do this a bit cheaper and use it for company display too. Already got someone lined up to paint it too biggrin

Tim you bd I'm trying to forget about these wink didn't realise you worked in a Honda dealership and tyga bits too.........hmmmmmmmmmmmm

Looks like a fun bike... seen some You tube stunting video's with them in.

Would love a repsol or HRC colours version to match my Blade.

Nice. Is this a one-off?
Yes by tyga themselves. Although they are talking about doing painted versions as well as (paint your own) plain fibre glass.

I prefer the carbon fibre version yum

Well, with 1 year NCB, I could have got the insurance for £87 this year but took up Bennett's offer of £55 extra for legal expenses, full EU breakdown and helmet and clothing cover.

Interestingly, the compulsory excess is £150 and the default additional voluntary excess takes that up to £400 BUT remove that voluntary excess and the premium goes DOWN a couple of quid. Hmmmmm.....
Being as it's an all-weather commuter, I've added a fender extender which reduces the amount of crap thrown over the engine.

The one downside is the the headlight is utter ste and like a bloody candle down the datrk lanes. it doesn't help with a car behind bliding your night vision in your mirrors. Maybe they think they are being helpful but they aren't.

Honda msx 125's/Grom's. They seem very capable little bikes with some great reviews.

Has anyone got one? Do you use it for commuting?

I have a 5 mile commute through inner-city dual carriage way or single roads, wondering if this could be an easy method of commuting during the summer.

Before anyone suggests public transport - I don't like people. Re cycling to work - I do sometimes but the facilities are not great to shower before work and I use a better gym elsewhere.

No input other than the fact they look utterly brilliant. Sat on one (I'm 5'10") and was surprised, it felt bigger /more comfortable than it looks.

hi mate
i had one as my first bike
very capable little bike, light, easy to ride and very economical...i was getting around 120 mpg on a 50 mile round trip commute.
would manage about 65 mph but happier at 55, im 5" 10 and 16 stone and it was never uncomfortable.
brought mine brand new and loved it.
is there anything in particular you wanted to know?

I've got one. Great little bike. Good fun around town.
I've put 7500 miles on mine in the last year.
Comfortably hits 65mph on the flats. Fantastic on fuel, doesn't matter how you drive it, at around 120 mpg. Really easy to work on too.

There's a PH sticker on there somewhere..

I've got one too, last tank was calculated at 124mpg, and that's commuting 30 mile a day with 70% dual carriageways.

Most importantly it's great fun smile

I think they're well funky, I also like Suzuki's 125 Van Van, unfortunately, 65 isn't quite enough, if either did a solid 75mph they'd be in with a shout. How about it Honda?! No chance!

I really wish they would make a bigger engined version version because the weekling 125 with 10BHP is just not enough for my liking.

How hard can it be for Honda to shoehorn something with a bit more power into the existing frame??

Mine is coming up to 4000 miles of hard commuting in all weathers and has been fine.
However, there is already a recall out for the fuel pump so make sure it's been done.
The chain, being like knicker-elastic was proved when I lost the chain twice and it's been serviced at least twice so that may be a servicing issue but the quality is not up to Hondas of old, in general.
It also had a non-starting issue which was something to do with a sensor that had to be replaced.
