Toyota GT86 discs & pads

Front pads and discs need replacing on my GT86. They've squealed a little since day one.
Toyota service desk say it's a 'feature' and most owners have remarked on it.

With this in mind I'd like to look at alternatives - any suggestions? I don't need bigger brakes or anything, they slow and stop adequately as-is. I just want peace and quiet.
Stock discs and different pads?
Any recommendations please?

How many miles and what type of driving have you done?
Maybe speak to Fensport or Lichfield for advice on replacements.

Just over 20,000 miles - normal commute/road use. No track days.

That seems too short for discs. What does the Internet think about this?

I changed mine to Stoptech available from Fensport , they don't squeak...... Yet done about 700 miles on the new set.

+1 Should be able to do double that!

I'd be pushing for new ones under warranty. Are they badly scored?
