Why do Pistonheads use a company to produce & sell its goods via its website that is virtually un contactable? The phone number I tried is dead & looking into it further this company has moved its offices 7 times, yes 7 TIMES over the last few years. Also the present address comes up as 'the same address as over 400 other companies', ie, it is an address for purely mailing purposes! So why do they want to hide? Crap products is my guess & experience! Probably owned by some shifty soul on the edge of legality!

The Tee shirt I bought was crap, the transfer fell apart after 1 wash & the material is very thin, all for the bargain of £20 +.

I would not buy from this company unless you want your leg lifted! You will never find who lifted it!

Hello Rev, we're very concerned to hear about the problems you've been having, and also a little confused. We do try to make using our customer service as easy as possible - the 'Contact Us' link on our site gives clear instructions. We've also certainly not moved seven times, so if you can send me a link to where you've found that information, we can get it corrected. If you can let me know this and your order number by emailing me directly at service@pushmerchandising.com we can contact you and iron out these issues.

If anyone else has problems locating the customer service information, please use the above email address. We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours - the reason our Amazon seller rating is 95.6% is because we do take our customer service very seriously.

Many thanks, Vicky at Push

Prior to working for PH, I ordered a few things including stickers, hoodie and a t shirt. All of which are really good quality. It's disappointing to hear that you're not happy and I'm sure they will sort it out.
