What E36 M3 ride height for the track (and road)

As per title really. I need to decide on the ride height of my e36 M3 as the coilovers are going on tomorrow.

The car will mainly be used on the track but will be driven to and from events. Any suggestion as to what works, as I’ve not found anything really useful from my internet searching.

From memory the 322mm or 320 f & 305 r were the pooky specs oh that's centre hub to arch btw.
