Help Door Button

Can anyone help, went to get my Tuscan ready for a trip to Amsterdam on Wednesday and the driver's door button under the mirror has stopped working. I have a Chimaera that i am in a middle of a body off, and i was wondering if the button on that would be the same.

Gradual or sudden failure? Gradual would suggest solenoid to me.

It was working fist thing then all of a sudden stopped working, the inside button works fine.

All sorted bad connection on push connector inside door panel, bit of elec cleaner job done.

Does it open from the inside? If so: Check the connection inside the door. On my Tuscan the connector was not sealed an therefore corroded. Should be an easy fix as long as you get the door card removed.
