Then they go and take the OE wheels off it and put a non standard set on and leave chipped faded wheel centres yet spend 6k on parts lol
Just a shame a manual GT hasn't been properly restored.

It's not a great comedy show. So sad watching them butcher nice cars, they destroyed an aerial base for no reason, mutilated the wiring loom, fitted wheels which didn't suit at all, I couldn't believe the braying the caliper with a hammer, then the pissing and moaning about brake pad sensors which cost peanuts to replace and later on they showed the new brakes still without sensors!
It's an entertainment show but it's painful to watch at times, mind you if they genuinely paid that much for the car then they were mad to start with.

Record it & watch if on fast forward stopping for anything that looks interesting.

Watched Car SOS on one of the discovery channels instead whilst recording CCR, 20 minutes to watch that on fast forward whilst recording Wheeler Dealers then WD on fast forward whilst Mike is rabbiting on. 3 programmes viewed in a little over 2 hours.

To be fair the CAR SOS boys are very good, they know what they are talking about and it comes across well, I know Mike Brewer is a bit wide (in a good way) however Ed is also superb at the technical detail, they have a short amount of time to tell the whole story and both do it very well.
I'd forgotten that it was Bernie what watched it for the 928 alone, but the panto is cringeworthy, makes Topgear look like a documentary.

What you are talking about is Ed China and Mike Brewer who are Wheeler Dealers, lets just say one of them knows what they are talking about.

The GT had the sports seats inside all along... The car was also driven on the transporter when it was taken away. It had just had new brake pads - EBC Yellows to be precise... The cam belt was recent, the rear lights were also there... It had a X-Pipe and a RMB, hence the good sound and power... The only real fault with the car - the inner rear sills were beginning to go. Funnily enough, they were not addressed while the respray was done...
