Anyone know what this is in laymen terms or what causes it (in men)? All of my googling turns up medical terms that I am struggling to understand.

All help appreciated..

It means one's sex hormones are low. Male sex hormones are in short, to do with manly things. reproduction, muscle bulk, hair, growth, aggression etc. Need more info from you really, although I am by no means an endocrine expert..
