Anyone know if the hard lines into the distributor can be switched for flexis with banjo fittings - need to remove the obstruction the current hard lines represent but am wondering if there's an inverted flare in there that will prevent a banjo being used? Think the thread might be 1/4BSP?

Saw those thanks (think you've flagged them before), but they stand off too far above the rack... banjo would be much lower profile but the ports might be too close together even if a banjo bolt would screw in. Remake the pipes with tighter closer bends maybe... just looks like 8mm copper?

If you banjo'd it the faces would have to be perfect. I'm not sure they are, any one want to have a guess what pressures there under?

I've done the pressure feed, just needed a wide m/f bsp to raise the joint for clearance and obviously provide a nice flat brass flange for the banjo to sit on. You can always check the surface with a doughty washer to see if it might seal, but a male-female adapter should only raise it @1/2" + the banjo width & bolt head.

Thanks - it's not the high pressure line from the pump that's the issue but the two distributor lines to either side of the rack. The face looks pretty good there but the ports are quite close together so not sure a pair of banjos would fit

There are right angle swivel joints, not cheap, but would only be 1/3 ~ 1/2 the height of the 90deg bend and smaller dia than banjos. You can step banjos placing one higher with a m/f adapter and one flush?

Ducked it for the moment as think I've got just enough clearance by reworking the bends in the existing hard lines...got a note at work of what the thread sizes are supposed to be so will post up later (think was 1/2 BSP)
