Name the show from these clues

Loud mouth Londoner?

Finds down and out motors?

Fixes them up?

no it's not Wheeler Dealers

it is

...

New show on Channel 4 starring the bloke from Life on Mars "fire up the quattro" etc

http://www.channel4.com/programmes/for-the-love-of...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kyPn6BTCoto

From the trailer it seems they've just robbed the format from Wheeler Dealers and decided nobody that watches Channel 4 watches it.

I'm willing to give it a go but they seem to have done nothing different except find cars in a barn

Are car restoration programmes the new home/DIY restoration fad?

Not that I'm complaining....

I'll give it a go. I saw the ad a few minutes ago and it looks like it could be alright.

I bought car paint from Morelli's in Enfield today and it seems they supplied the paint for some of the cars, and some filming was done at their premises.

I'm looking forward to the show, provided it shows the work being done, not a load of bickering.

I often post stuff in this section that gets little or no response!

I'm interested to see what level of restoration they will do, full restoration or a makeover like Wheeler Dealers.

I fully get what Wheeler Dealers is about and what they are trying to achieve but when, for example, they fit a brand new flash damper system to a rusty, muddy suspension system the OCD part of me is screaming out "For God's sake clean the rest of it and give it a lick of paint"!

I'd never make money in the classic car business.

Mark Evans' take is the one for me.

Will give this program a watch. As mentioned previously, not sure what level they are going to and if it's going to be Wheeler Dealers little brother.

Have just seen this advertised in my Sat & TV mag and came on here to say so - seems I'm a tad late to the show, so to speak. Lets hope it's a good'un!

Looking like a fair programme.

I'd put a new roof panel in that and keep it orange tho.
