How can you report someone for dangerous driving off a vid?

As title says, before you all moan watch the video and tell me he still deserves a license.

How do I go about reporting it to the police, given he has full name as username and he's easy enough to find on FaceBook etc it should be easy to prosecute surely?

Most of that video didn't look horrendous, and I'm not convinced about the speeds he was calling out. Deserves to be shot for his northern drawl however.

the video reminds me of the top gear episode where they had to do a commentary of their cars around the track. Sounds just like it.

If only he had some of the other vital information taught like "making safe progress", "keep to the left round right hand bends to extend your view" and "stay on your own side of the road unless overtaking". He's better at straddling that John Wayne!

I don't believe for one minute he is travelling at the speeds he says he is. Either that, or my perception of speed is seriously off kilter.
By the commentary on the video, I think that the video poster is looking for a reaction. It has to be a wind up.
