Looking for a Nice e46 330 Convertible
Discussion
Looking at a 330 (petrol)Convertible for the Wife in doors and found this on ebay.
Firstly is the 330 a much better driving experience over the 325 - What would be the preferred choice amongst the PH members ?
Found this on ebay - Is this a good price for such spec ? I know the colour is personal choice but what would be a sensible offer to purchase this vehicle ?
Thank for any help.

I drove one for a while and it was ok but far from exciting. Make sure the autobox is good and also the suspension and radiator, header, water pump etc. This is the pre facelift, mileage is low but condition is all important. Replacing the fog lamp is a doddle. Looks a good car just dont expect to throw it round corners, its not what its about.
I've been looking for a few weeks at a similar budget and have seen a lot of dross.
In addition to the stuff already mentioned check the hood operates quickly and smoothly. Rust is also common. I've not seen one yet without scabby inner wheel arches. Most have had blistering on the outer arches where it has broken through from the inside. Front wings can be replaced, rear ones are trickier.
