Anyone have anything planned? I have to collect my jalopy from the body shop after some idiot (me) backed it into a concrete post. Oops.

Bits and pieces. Housework, some gardening type stuff! Bit of a clear out, day trip to an open day at a wildlife rescue centre, coffee with a friend, hoping for a balance of getting practical stuff done and some quality time with our son smile.

Going to first beer festival of the year today, then out tonight if I can walk straight. Out for dinner with some friends tomorrow night. Few bits to do about the house. Not sure on Sunday and Monday yet, if the weather stays clear probably go for a walk on the downs to find a nice pub for lunch.

Today: get ingredients for family dinner on Sunday (beef Wellington a la Gordon Ramsay). Bike ride to farm shop with missus (8miles). Scarify & cut lawns. Dinner at daughter's place.
Tomorrow: clean 3 cars. Paint correction on Rav4. Start Wellington. Do panna cottas. Gym.
Sunday: lots of cooking for family day. Probably lots of booze. Eat Easter egg.
Monday: swot up for an interview Tuesday. More Easter egg. Gym.

At no point will I be sitting in bank holiday traffic.

BBQing Saturday and Monday.

The rest of the time I will be catching up on jobs around the house and sorting out my garden pots and troughs.

Oil and filter change, then I need to figure out which seal is causing the annoying whistle on a motorway. This will most likely be followed by beer biggrin

Just bought a new place in Yalikavak, been out all week buying all sorts of stuff.

Mind you the view is worth it!

Sat with my boy listening to some jazz and chilling out now... Not a bad Good Friday.

Garden tidied up, garage wall painted, tubs planted up, then I'm taking my
Son to watch Stockport county tonight. Turn out with my pals tomorrow and a nice bike ride

Must admit though. I'm sat here thinking about booking a holiday with the sun about

Tenerife for the autumn, nice little apt

Came back to my parent's place last night, lugging two bags of Easter eggs across the London Underground wasn't the best idea I've ever had.

Anyway, plans for this weekend include relaxing on the sofa, eating lots of cake, drinking lots of tea, researching an ebook and if the weather stays nice then going for some nice walks.

I am going to be miss the peace and quiet when I go back to the city frown

Today: wk, pot noodle, cry, sleep, repeat.

Tomorrow: work followed by wk, pot noodle, cry, sleep.

Sunday: wk, pot noodle, cry, sleep, repeat.

Monday: work followed by wk, pot noodle, cry, sleep.

Not a big fan of the Easter weekend.

Don't blame me, you asked.

I'm working all weekend. But I've got Tuesday and Wednesday off so I'm going to buy all the Easter eggs that are on offer and go on a chocolate and booze bender whilst watching war films. I don't know if I should watch Tears of the Sun first or Saving Private Ryan.
