Mysterious oil leak

I have a 2002 R300 Superlight 1.8 K-series with a wet sump and an Apollo oil tank.

An oil leak has developed and I simply cannot see where it is coming from. I have degreased the area but still cannot tell. If anything, I would say it seems to be coming from the Apollo tank as if it has cracked or split. I did a track day last Monday and the leak has appeared since then.

Do Apollo's leak? Is it a known issue?

Any help/advice would be much appreciated.
