2014 Fest numbers.

Hi Peeps...As of next week I'm going to have to confirm numbers with the Chase as regards to rooms and car parking space..This will mean that the allocation of rooms will close and the car parking area will also be reduced.

I may also have to cancel the Rolling road due to low numbers...They need at least 10 people..Im only going on it to make up the numbers and to be fair i have already had mine on the rollers this year so don't really need it.

The friday night meal could do with more interest and if i can't get the numbers up on the saturday night meal then not only will we have to down size to the hall next door paying for the band will be non viable also...

With just over a month to go I'm urging all of those thinking of maybe coming to actually commit..As advertised in this months Sprint you can email me personally if you want to come but do not wish to advertise the fact on a public forum.

I also need prizes for the charity auction and raffle please...Also bits and bobs for the auto-jumble....

I also need more nominations for the "Wedge personality award" as i still need to secure 1st..2nd and 3rd place prizes.
1st place will have their name along with the two previous winners engraved on the SOLID stainless steel base that was kindly donated by Mr Tank...It weighs a bloody ton!!..Very nice bit of kit though.




The event is being made into a DVD for prosperity and will be for sale after the event with some of the proceeds going to either the BBWF fund or to next years nominated charity.
The local paper will also be there to document the handing over of the charity money, Im hopefully getting a giant dummy cheque from my bank to be presented to the Jennifer trust representative..It will also be good PR for us and the Hotel.

I have also made sacrifices to the weather gods so they better hold up on their side of the bargain...Its not nice losing a testicle....Whoops i mean tentacle from my pet octopus...

I should have some news on the shirts..Caps and mugs as of next week.....Cheers...Ziga

Mr Ziga, you've already got my details. Over first thing Saturday with gazebo, rolling road if it's on (real shame if it's not!), Gaydon, evening meal, already booked night at hotel, big breakfast and then raceway , although will probably just spectate. I will bring a raffle prize also. Cheers.

Thanks mate...Very much appreciated..I have the sides for a gazebo from the TVRCC so hopefully they will fit....

Put me down for the Rolling road then zig - as you so kindly pointed out yesterday if I've only got 140 Bhp I won't know till I've been on !!!!
