M4 shut junction 10-11 Easter Sunday until 5pm - avoid

On the M4 eastbound between junctions J12 and J11, there are currently delays of 30 mins caused by congestion due to an incident closing three lanes between junctions J11 and J10. Normal traffic conditions expected from 5:00 pm.

I just heard the air ambulance fly low over the house..

Hope it's no one on here...

I was walking along side the M4 just before junction 12 around that time. The spray was terrible.

Apparently a woman jumped off a bridge onto the carriageway.
