I'm sure it's been answered hundreds of times before, and down to individual preferences, but where's the best place to get a good quality tint done on my Golf?

Not looking for a 300AED job from Dubizzle or Cabone - something good quality.

Mine done at ibn battuta while I shopped, 3M film, 6 years on no issues whatsoever.

does your 3m film have the little 3m's on it at odd places? annoys me that.

legal limits are 30% side and rear, nothing on the front. easy and cheap enough to put a UV tint on after each rego renewal if you like.

also limelite offer a discount to evolve members which is another good reason to join.

When installed yes, they rubbed it off in under 10 mins at my request, comes off really easily

Not always, I had the clear film on the windscreen of one of my old Durangos... it was put on by the previous owner (a pal of mine) and went through 5 Tasjeels that I know of as well as 2 sale inpections.

I think it is something they are clamping down on, mine went through 5 in a row before it was an issue last time.

Thanks guys. I'll try Fibrafoil first as they've been recommended elsewhere.

Not looking for anything too dark and not looking to have the front screen done. Mrs has it in her Wrangler and wasn't a problem when it went through change of owner back in October, but have warned her it may fail in the future with it.
