Front Air Con condenser

Is the air con condenser in front of the rad prone to leaking ? and would it leak gas or liquid ?

Mine had a Freon leak (Gas) from the side due to a bad rubber gasket.

Yes, I've just had mine changed. I had a slow leak that discharged over a few months. Evidence of the leak was found with dye, but once out of the car you could see the oil residue.

Personally I'd contact these guys about air conditioning - they helped me out when I had a leak. Hope it helps!
