greetings I have an impreza 1997 2.l wrx turbo import,it drives great then I get a fizzing sound in the drivers side and the engine cuts out,then one turn of the key it starts back up,its been in a garage for a day and got a clean bill of heath,i drove it home 3 miles away and it cut out 3 times,so It went off to an auto electrician,he checked my ecu,thats fine,and my alarms been checked too,so I'm after a wiring diagram if anyones got one?please I need some help....next port of call I was thinking of an exorcism....

just got my car back,rewired front and rear electrical harness,ecu checked and confirmed ok,clifford checked and refitted,drove it home 12 miles,no probs,took it to work the next day,only a few miles,back to having an arcing sound behind the dashboard and a loss of power,then it stalls,what can I do next?my pockets are hurting....weirdly it starts up and away it goes...
intermittend faults are a mare...

I remember a new at the time clifford alarm used to give my Punto all sorts of problems.

I`d suggest taking it to a Subaru specialist if there is one local to you.

Are there any error codes?
