Tunning Options for Evora S
Discussion
As far as I am aware Komotec in Germany engineer upgrade packages for these cars, and Hangar 111 fit them. They do a 390/410 hp upgrade and are or may have now developed a 420 hp package.
The torque increases significantly with the 410 and then the 420 package...so much so the clutch needs to be upgraded for this option.
From memory the packages are approximately £3.5k/£5k, and £7k.
I had my Evora S modded to the 390 package and it is a noticable improvement, and the fuel economy has improved aswell (a bit)! I am tempted to go further but one side of me knows that there is a law of diminishing returns, and the standard car is a very well balanced package. The 390 pushes this is in some situations (i.e. struggles to put the power down on occasion), so unless you are prepared to make suspension/tyre improvements or just like to drag race, I would leave it at that, but then maybe it does work ok?

Hi Guys,
Ill hopefully be having delivery of a 2013 Evora S next week.
What are the tuning options available for the car and what sort of prices am I looking at.
Also the side boards I've seen where are these available from?
Thanks

Barge boards are available from lotus racing £295 plus vat. Excluding fitting.
Hangar 111 as previously said will talk you through engine upgrades.
You should also consider the warranty implications on a 2013 car though IMO.

Mine will be a 2013 car is it worth fitting the inductions kit to it and again where is the best place to get it?
You can't fit it to the S. The difference in the CAI (Cold Air Intake) will mess up the engine fuelling. The car runs near to its max tolerences with the standard setting. I've looked into this with Radium but they have said that although its fine for a NA car they cannot make one work on an S.Gassing Station | Evora | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
