Well Gerrard has already said he thinks Suarez engineered his move away from Liverpool with his antics in the world cup, but I guess that kind of behaviour is accepted in footballers (by other footballers).

Swansea is on general sale if anybody wants to get a ticket to a game. Plenty of tickets left.

It is isn't it. I haven't tried for 2 tickets together before but I tried in that sale. I think if they aren't sat together and you put in 2 quantity it won't give you any at all?

Its supply and demand chaps - when we have more seats and have paid for the building work things might change but as we are a small stadium they have maximise income.

I think if we miss CL this year then they will struggle to fill the hospitality seats

I'd say Twitter but getting 1 would be like winning the lottery the amount of people asking for them. 2, well...
My brother now can't make it. Next in line, my dad. After him my brother. After him 20 of his mates hehe

Is the face value price on them something like £175 each? Not bad considering some touts are after £150+ just for standard seating tickets. I'm sure someone will have the pockets to pay close to that, Real Madrid after all.

Rodgers insists Raheem Sterling never said he didn't want to play for England

http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/intern...

“I’m fed up reading about this club v country row, claims we intervened and put pressure on Roy Hodgson.

“I’ve read we sent dossiers to the FA [Football Association] on Raheem Sterling and Daniel Sturridge and I’m having showdown talks with Roy Hodgson on Sunday and all sorts of rubbish. The decision not to play him was a managerial decision. I haven’t said a single word but have to say I have never seen such rubbish written over the last few days.”

“Let me tell you, there have been at least five occasions in the past when Raheem has said he felt tired before games but he’s never refused to play,” Rodgers said.

“We have taken on board what he has said and taken a decision accordingly. I rested him against Aston Villa and we lost the game. But it was our decision to do so – and our decision alone.

“Last season he said he felt tired before the Manchester City game. We won 3-2 and he put in a man-of-the-match performance.

“The point I’m making is you have to take on board advice from your own people and make your own decision, right or wrong.”

Already booked my train tickets and hotel for Weds night. Think I'll just have to hope I can find a tout with a reasonably priced ticket!

Mario Balotelli insists he is working harder to become more of a threat in the penalty area but would prefer a partner to play off up front

The Italy international may get his wish for greater support, with Daniel Sturridge set to return from a thigh injury against QPR this weekend after missing the last seven matches.
In his absence Balotelli has toiled alone up front with just one goal - against Bulgarian minnows Ludogorets - to show for his efforts since a £16million summer move from AC Milan.

"I need to get in the box more. I don't do it enough but it is something I am working to try to do more.
"I have never been a real, out-and-out striker - I have always been someone who goes around the pitch.
"If it was my choice, I would always go with two strikers. It's the way I like to play, but Brendan asked me to play as the first striker.
"I understand that when the ball comes from wide on the left or right I need to be in the box otherwise there might be no-one there at all."
Balotelli's stuttering start has matched that of his new club, who have won three of their first seven league games.
However, the striker is confident things will improve and believes a strong English core can only help on the domestic front.
