I have fond memories of the Blue Mountains and Sydney from when I lived there. Thanks for sharing!

I've been doing booth duty at the World's most boring trade show in Frankfurt - so luckily the weather is immaterial!

It was 21c when I left the office in Guildford at 12pm

Bloody crazy!!! Here's hoping it's a precursor to a thumping winter. I Just can't get excited enough at the moment to start figuring out all the charts frown

Ah, the mysterious Gravesend miracle thermometer. It's not accurate. Everyone knows it. The Met won't sort it/discard the data because they like to keep the warming myth going. It's only been there since 1996, and so many records already!!!!!!!!!!

So many stations are UHI affected, and not in the same place, more, less readings, it's impossible to say if today was any warmer than any other 31st October, almost certainly not.

Damn you Scandinavian residents .

Get yourself over to the snow thread.

It was a bit balmy and barmy for the last day in October in UK.
