Mobjizz and - 02035405934 -strange charges on mobile bill

I've been getting these after clicking on a Huffington post link on facebook. Op. Did you get anywhere with it? I've been on to three and they say they can't contact the "company" involved but has offered me a fiver because im a valued customer who is unhappy. They dont seem to understand that I want blocking from any future billing from any "service" I may be now subscribed to. All very embarrassing. I mean who pays for porn in 2014. The delhi call centre nightshift must think im a loon!
If you telephone 3 they should be able to provide you with the customer care number of the service provider. The service provider should then be able to tell you when the requests were made.
If you are 100% certain that it wasn't you then stick to your guns and demand a refund. Keep in mind that you can be charged to your mobile bill for browsing mobile adult sites BUT they should be displaying adequate terms and conditions about this.

They phoned the companies involved.Got through to one.
Wouldnt provide proof that id clicked on aything because of data proitection etc.
Said i had to request in writing even though three had phoned him and not me.
Scum. My daughter uses my phone.
3 let me off the lot.
I no longer briwse with mobile.
Daughter has no games on tit.

i just re-read my post. by me saying they cant contact the company i meant they were unable to contact the company. three also gave me the number to try but to no avail. three called back and after them trying to tell me i shouldnt click on links i dont want to pay for, i got it through to them that i didnt go clicking for porn - i think i may have actually said, mid rant, "nobody in their right mind would pay for porn". anyhow, i seemed to eventually get my point accross. got a refund and a promise they will contact these lowlifes and insist i am removed from their contact lists.
if i get billed again for this, i'll construct an email for someone a little higher than the deli call centre with all the links showing im not the only person scammed by this (be it youpayit, mobjizz or whatever else) on their network, they must know about it, they are assisting scam artists by supplying phone numbers and allowing people to be charged by a fraudulent operation.
