3:08, BUT in my defence it was in my then fia race MGB.Had all of150bhp and Dunlop historic tyres fitted.Modern, sticky low profile tyres shoulf equate to around four seconds less.
Pleased to say the the modern cars I now use are considerably faster.lol
Thats lovely I hope mine looks like that..... modern cars don't slide around as much though on the stickier rubber. As an aside I didn't think the brake cooling holes were allowed as per appendix K or is this another not supposed to have but everyone has it?Pleased to say the the modern cars I now use are considerably faster.lol
Good result, was the car driven to a trailer at the hotel?
2003 I drove my B to and from Spa,2 qualifying sessins plus two races =1 set of front pads but it didn't miss a beat.
bte, I got a 'red dot ' on my fia papers for the front valance but it was changed for the correct version before my next race at Silerstone the following w/end.

Thanks, yes driven back to the hotel about 20 klms away, we did the drive it from the uk, race it,drive it home a few years ago in a 328 Ferarri and had the same result, 2 race wins and lap record for class.2003 I drove my B to and from Spa,2 qualifying sessins plus two races =1 set of front pads but it didn't miss a beat.

This time I had to take a friends car as well as my parents in a trailer I adapted my self.

De la Cascade? We always used to stay there-room 18 .The owner knew that to be our favorite so used to hold it till we booked.
Haha,, that's the room we always reserve and stay in, been going there for the last 6 years on the trot. When did the circuit change its layout, was it in 2008 when they moved the bus stop chicane back ?
Thats quite amazing! Not been there for around ten years now, we stay with friends-five mins away. Is Felixe still running it? His father was very very knowledgeable of F1, lovely guy. Many late night sessions just listening to some of his tales about Graham Hill, Dan Gurney et al.
Think it was 08 they started buggering around with the layout-the original was way way better albeit a little tighter but much more enjoyable.

Best I've had is a 2.40 from earlier in the day (from the internal logger). Just threw a camera in for a session later. As our part worn slicks we get were already starting to go off so the best I could do was a 2:42 (lifting for Blanchimont for a start, which you don't need to do when they're newer). Vbox is obv bouncing around a bit through Eau Rouge as the G and speed is all over the place.

Someone with more talent, commitment and better tyres would be going a lot quicker than me in this car
