Surely Tesla know where the cars are all the time anyway?

On my p85d most insurers wanted a minimum of cat5 tracker

£770 and £100-£200 per year subscription fee

They dont accept tesla in built tracking

That seems a bit ludicrous, but I haven't got as far as sorting my insurance out yet, so I'm afraid I can't be much help. I thought the Tesla tracking system was one of the most sophisticated around. Good luck anyway and I hope you enjoy the car. It would be nice to her how you eventually get on regarding the tracker.

Try LV, Admiral and Chubb none of whom require a tracker to be fitted to Model S.

LV are requesting a Tracker (car parked on driveway).

Try calling them - several people have had confirmation in writing that they are happy to accept the Tesla 'standard tracking' capability.

Meh what do they know? It's a Neanderthal echo chamber in there.

Second thumbnail was taken at Northampton supercharger en route home from West Drayton. 20 minutes and blam! Pack was straight back to 85% from around 45%. Supercharging the Tesla way is so straightforward.

Metallic blue, grey leather, pretty standard S85 with sub zero weather and tech packages.

I did exactly that. Switched from black with grey wheels, to blue with silver.

I did call LV - all sorted. No need for a Tracker as the inbuilt tracking is considered OK. Got a good quote. Thanks!!
