Best value sat nav

I am looking for one to use in the classic cars as my main car has it fitted in the car and I keep getting lost in the classics

Having never really looked at them in the past I wonder if anyone can recommend a simple easy to use system that covers Europe

Looking on e bay I see tom toms at one price and then Toms? at a lower price does anyone have any experience with the TOM
I presume its been named Tom to piggy back on a market leader but if it works it looks ok value would be interested if anyone has one and how well they work

I bought one of these a couple of weeks ago to replace my Go700, they also produce one with European maps.

This version also has full itinerary planning which the later models don't have.

Just a heads up that Argos are doing the 825 Go Live with East European maps for £129.99 (£70 off) at the minute. I've just bought one - it's cheaper than buying next year's maps & Live & Euro maps for my old 820 Top Gear (Which is up for grabs, maps 9.30 etc.)

Well just to update on the question I bought a Tom Tom start with Europe maps from there refurb department for £79 may not have the very latest software but was updated when I connected up to the computer
Its only for using in the Classic cars as I have the Command system in the E Class
