My car can be seen parked in a similar fashion from time to time (e.g. yesterday afternoon!).

It does risk the visitation of a rip-off parking invoice, however, or in my case yesterday, a PCN from the local Council if their staff are petty enough.

Does help protect the paintwork from the crap drivers that surround us, however.

As i have just taken delivery of a brand new car that parking is a stroke of genius.

I fear i am going to become Cameron Frye.

"We cant park here, It could get wrecked, stolen, scratched, breathed on wrong... a pigeon could st on it! Who knows? ..."

No photo unfortunately but I drove up to Harrow on the Hill yesterday and was going to drive around the little green in the middle of the village.
That was until I saw the Mustang parked on the left of the road... opposite the row of cars parked on the right (like normal people) thus ensuring only motorbikes could get down the road.

Genius.

I take it the guy in the red Nissan took exception to one or both the other cars parking so far apart and rammed his car in the space? Either one of the drivers could be wholely innocent and has to suffer from the tool in the red car.

O/T there is a pub on the hill - The Kings Head IIRC - I got banned from there many years ago. They said no jeans allowed, so I took them off.

We folk from saaf arra didn't like the posh folk on the hill wink

though it is possible (if unlikely) he parked there first and some knob parked on the other side in 'their normal space' and others just followed suit....

I often see the worst in this very busy school carpark. Ends up with folk parking on the gras in the park area as there's not enough spaces, and then folk go and park like this

That's a school?

It looks like boarding kennels. Wait a moment...

The school is behind me. The derelict building in shot is an old doctor surgery

Anyhoo, technically not parked, the occupants were still in it, on the phone:
That really gets my goat. Either buy a hands free kit (think they cost about £5 these days), or find a proper place to park.
If its not a clearway, whats the problem.
I don't have an issue with stopping to answer the phone, I'd rather that than drive whilst on it - and you can see there's plenty of room for me for drive around the oik - my gripe is that they have completely obscured everyone's view of the road ahead, and therefore what is in the lane that I was about to cross into, meaning that I have to slow to a safer speed on a (usually) very busy main road in front of the local eyesore.

Perhaps nothing more than inconvenient, but wholly inconsiderate.

Nothing wrong with that IMO, but if you did want to see past it you Need a LHD Viper, That way you look down the Nearside to see what's approaching wink LHD Has its advantages you know wink

It's a hard car to park, so the driver reversed in extra slowly. Well done.

Edit: Just realised, he or she even mixed up the number plates, the front plate is on the back.

How can you tell? (If it's that it is white, is this not normal in Germany?)
