That's what they do here so the van wouldn't be an issue

That's how mine are picked up, those with side loading trucks the residents put the bins on the kerb the other way round, only ever seen one side loading truck.That's what they do here so the van wouldn't be an issue

They need to change to a real one like this then and parked cars wouldn't be a problem.
Went down to mayflower park in southampton the other day to see what the hoegh Osaka was upto
There's a bunch if spaces at the end of the carpark where you can sit in your car and watch.
So there's a line if old guys with binoculars sat in their cars watching when old tt bags in his fiesta drives along the pavement, does a weird 7 point turn and then ruins the view for everyone by parking on the pavement in front of them
