Up-to-date Navigation software for old HP/Ipaqs

I have two Ipaqs with GPS and an old TomTom version and maps that must be 10 years old and that sometimes causes problems. As I understand it TomTom doesn't do updates for PDA maps any more.
Is there any software with up-to-date maps which will run on old Win CE devices or should I just throw them away? Or indeed any other suggestions about what I could do with them?
