Why do people do this?

I saw a 300C with Bentley badges the other day and I just don't understand it. It doesn't look anything like a Bentley or a Roll-Royce so what's the point?

I may as well stick Porsche badges all over my Seat.

I saw a 300C with Bentley badges the other day and I just don't understand it. It doesn't look anything like a Bentley or a Roll-Royce so what's the point?

I may as well stick Porsche badges all over my Seat.

It looks like a professional job on the wrap so no issues there, but the XK8 is very colour dependant and flat-black makes it look, well just odd! especially that rear 3/4 view.

It wouldn't have been difficult to install the sensors so they are far less obvious and not leave a horrid cable on show.
