So.... was researching 911's and decided i would get one in october.

Joined the forum on June 3rd ... and this morning deposit went down on a 911 turbo Smile So much for taking my time!

Spec is (and not sure whats standard)

2004 on an 04
996 Turbo X50
manual
Silver
sunroof
black leather
crested seats
bose
pcm 2
heated seats
extended leather

Car has 2 owners from new, 51k on the clock and FPSH.

Very clean car ... but going to PPI it on wednesday at Project Nine to confirm its in good shape.

Paid £28k which i think was good value as it will have a new MOT on Monday and 12 months RAC warranty

My first ever porsche..... so excited!!

Looks like a great car and a good deal with the X50 pack! A lot of car for the money. Enjoy!

It looks a cracker. Only three weeks in to turbo ownership my self and loving it. The performance is rapid to say the least.

Given the list on these when they were new I'm not bloody surprised they were standard options!

No bloody way... for now!!

Most powerful car ive had til now is about 260 bhp - so this is a serious step up.

Think ill just enjoy it as it is for now before anything gets changed.

Apparently remap on the x50 improves drivability and power comes well recommended.

agree, get used to the pace, so you appreciate the difference if you do go down that route

Great car OP,
Regarding the X50 its a special edition run out model for the 996 turbo, where does the turbo S fit in the range?

The turbo S was the run out model, with the X50 being available as a factory option from new.
