Will be interesting to see what their definitions of sports and supercars are this year. Hopefully it will be some rare and interesting stuff rather than cars you can just walk into a showroom and order.

I'm hoping it's going to be slightly cooler than last year, it was a real scorcher!
Not quite sure what cars that would be, as the vast majority of cars you can walk into a showroom and order surely? Including mine and every other Lambo that would be there.

So who is actually going from Cornwall/Devon? Whether it be in the PH area or Public parking?
It's just my personal preference, I wasn't having a dig or anything. biggrin

I like to see the more unusual stuff like the Viper, classic 911, Marcos, C-Type that were there last year, rather than cars that have not long rolled of the production line.

I'll still be there, with the masses. thumbup

Think I've seen your GTE at shows/meets. A very fine example

hi Les,
Which way you coming up? you going along the A30 I guess? As we're not far from Liskeard so could either meet round here or trek up to Bodmin or Lanceston and meet you there enroute. We're planning on meeting the rest of them at the services like the last time we went 2 years ago. Can't remember exact location but somewhere off the A30 I seem to recall.

at the moment i am favouring meeting at cheddar gorge , it was bit of a blast last year from there, nice to rumble up the gorge , great echo , great view great fun ( except the million and one cyclists we meet on route !!!!!! LOL) but a much earlier meet than spakford services

but i'm not quite sure yet , will know in the next day or so , either way i will be going the A30
bodmin or launceston route

cheers

ok Les... We'll probably be going to Sparkford rather than Cheddar so perhaps see you at Sparkford then?

Hi

Any locals know where I might be able to catch the f1 gp coverage in Sherborne tomorrow..?!

Looking forward to the event - driving over from Reading so a good 100 mile blast in the morning!

Cheers

Paul.

I was planning on coming up in the Noble, but the car still hasn't been fixed yet. Unfortunately I've told Graham I can't make the convoy, however we were going to trundle in in the Bentley, is there any Ph parking, is there anyone coming up from Exeter?? We will be 1980's wafting our way up there but happy to meet up if there's a few who want to cruise up or just meet before driving up.

I'm sure Graham will post on here shortly but for those meeting at Sparkford we will now meet at Haynes Motor Museum (overflow car park)as the services gets a bit congested smile

Good show, enjoyed all but the irritating old fart on the Tannoy system. Great selection of cars, good effort to all involved.

Ahh be kind, I found his ever different ways of announcing the lost property very entertaining.

From memory the following items were mentioned:-

Visa
Wallet + cash
Mobile Phone
Jaguar Remote fob

Just needed a passport and set of house keys and he had a new identity! Anyone grab any snaps? I did about 3 laps of the venue and appear to have taken 4 pics the whole time.

Same problem. No photos! Took two on the way in and one of one of the lowered American rhings and no more.

I lost my Jaguar key fob too, didn't hear anything that it may have been found.

Sorry photos on phone just too large. Will add other one later.

Great event this year. Awesome weather. Again! Really enjoyed the convoy from Cheddar and the tea stop at the Haynes museum. Thank you to Graham for somehow getting us all there with no fuss.
Has anyone got any photos? Didn't get a chance to take any.

Cheers.
