Star Wars: Battlefront (2015)

I've been playing on pc and the graphics are incredible, some of the best I've ever seen in a game. Gameplay is fun but a litte shallow. I'm not really into online shooters much these days and the lack of proper sp campaign mode is a huge downer, but as die hard SW fan I cannot resist getting this when it comes out.

Yes I'm in and the framerate is good. Need to tweak a bit but the gameplay is alright.I'm Level 4 already but my score is dire
Last round I was 0 kills and 16 deaths 
kept spawning on a team member who was getting massacred.. round before was better with 9 kills to 2 deaths but if your on the losing side they enemy just sets up camp on high and picks you off. Like it so far but defo need radar map to see enemy once spotted. If they don't introduce that then is will never get better than a Star Wars shoot-em up.
Back on again now to get that big rifle what ever its called as it just mashes troops from mile away

Well, it is enough for me to have the Star Wars sound effects and the machines etc. I am enjoying it enough to play it. Not sure if it is going to have the longevity of BF4 but then if you get "C4" type things to blow up AT-STs etc with that will be awesome to Jet Pack on, plant and detonate... Here's hoping.
k. Downloaded this last night and gave it a good go so some initial thoughts.
IT'S STAR WARS!!!!
Ok had to get that in first, this seems like the game I've been waiting all my life to play. Playing the Hoth level you could almost be in the film. AT-ST's, AT-AT's, Speeders flying around, lasers, explosions, pew pew pew so for graphics, sound and atmosphere it gets a 10/10
HOWEVER it doesn't seem to have the depth of traditional BF games. All the guns seem to be the same so far and with the visible laser tracers, aiming is a lot more about spray and pray then skill in this game. It's fast paced which is good and bad as it makes for some exciting games but doesn't seem to have the more tactical gameplay as of yet. I also hope we get proper classes and more options on how to play as at the moment it feels more like COD than BF. As usual the flying vehicles also seem irrelevant to what's going on, on the ground.
But it's STAR WARS!!! I still ended up playing it till past 1am so it definitely has promise, I just hope the full game can deliver a bit more of the depth I expect from a BF game otherwise I fear the longevity will be lacking.
Oh and did I mention IT'S STAR WARS!!!
PS I'm a bit jealous of the PC graphics, the PS4 version is very good but not on the same level judging by the screenshots.
