Am renting an apartment in Rome for a few days in August, the apartment is in Piazza Navona and in the ZTL (no cars allowed - mostly) as there is no official parking/transit in the area and because I would like the car intact to get us to the South of France and then home again afterwards, I would like to find some secure parking nearby.

Can anyone recommend me a good, safe (honest operators) car park within walking distance of P. Navona, preferably that I can book in advance?

TIA. thumbup

Dont park on the far bank of the river. it is free but you only have to look at the shattered glass to realise that it is not the best place.
We did rome a couple of times without realising the restrictions in the centre. We are a bit more careful now.
Unfortunately not too many underground carparks in centre for obvious reasons.

ps.Just noticed Rome ...in August.Going to be HOT

I've booked an underground car park at the Termini station, costs about £12/day but worth it to have the car intact (hopefully) on our return. Last time I went to Rome I believe it was the car crime capital of the world - it may have improved by now, but I doubt it? beer
