Thank you to all the PHers that attended this year’s race, it was certainly an exciting one.

The PH crew had a great time with some of us watching more of the race than others, eh Garlick?
We were lucky enough to have some great prizes to give away for attendees such as the chance to commentate on Eurosport and also a great opportunity for a tour of the Aston Martin Racing garage, I’m sure our presence actually helped with their class win hehe Maybe.

Thanks to all who camped with PistonHeads and 1st-Tickets, it was great to see such a busy campsite. We’ve had some great feedback on the event and wanted to let you know that we will be doing everything we can to make next year even better. Lots of people are already looking to book return to our site in 2015, to express your interest in booking, please email interest@1st-tickets.co.uk with the subject of “PHLM15’, once they're back from the Classic, they'll start ramping things up for 2015.

We asked Brian, owner of 1st Tickets, for comment and he asked us to pass this on to PHers

“Thanks for all your comments and observations both on the forum and via email. We always want to know how and where we can improve the site going forward.

The feedback regarding the catering has been taken on board and we will be discussing this with our caterers.

We were appalled and extremely disappointed about the incidents with the TVR inside the campsite and the golf buggy/Jaguar outside of the campsite. This is certainly not the type of behaviour we expect on our campsite and feel very let down by the people involved. We will, of course, assist the parties involved/impacted as required.

We discussed the TVR incident with the party leader on site and explained the impact to their group for Le Mans and future events.

As in previous years, we close the marquee on Saturday night so that our crew can get some rest before the start of breakfast on Sunday morning. However, we will look at how we could extend the opening time on Saturday.

With the WiFi, we have a finite number of connections available via the wireless access point. The connections limitation is from the circuit and we wanted to make sure that every camping pitch had at least one connection per pitch. We will endeavour to get extra bandwidth/concurrent connections for next year.

Thanks to all who travelled/ camped with 1st-Tickets, your custom is greatly appreciated and I look forward to welcoming many of you back on site next year"
We’ll see you next year

eybic and the PH team.
