Have a look at this old thread for a headstart:

The 2S is basically a widebody 2, whereas a 4S is not just a widebody 4, it's more like a turbo without the engine.

C4S had turbo brakes, C2S had standard carrera items.
I also read somewhere that the turbo alloys specced on a C2S would be the hollow spoke items, whereas on the C4S would have the solid spoke ones. G.
Yes that's correct re the brakes and wheels. Some people prefer the standard carrera (brembo) brakes which are lighter, the reduced unsprung weight (with the hollow turbo wheels) helping out in a number of ways. The wider rears also help at the limit, but officially you do lose 2 or 3 mph top speed with the "S", but I haven't noticed that myself.

All S cars came standard with M033 suspension - same height as TT and M030, not as stiff / good ...
Don't mean to be rude, but are you sure about that? Every CarreraS i have seen was significantly taller than my Carrera4S.
Rgds, VS
VS, are you doubting me ?? ;-)
Its even in the handbook - all S models and TT have the same height .... unless you're talking US cars, of course !
