22b with 5k miles whats it worth

just testing the water before i decide what to do with it,
this is a genuine 22b which has a genuine 5 thousand miles on the clock 2 owner car but has been locked up in the garage for years and has not turned a wheel, still limited only mod is a new clutch
whats it worth ??????

I know a chap (a dealer) who sold one in 2012 with 7k miles for £35k. The buyer didn't even haggle!

I would say you could get £40k for that car without any trouble and it's only going one way.

Get it running, stick 10,000 grin inducing miles on it and then still sell it for £40k. You know it makes sense.

Is it a Type UK? I know a guy that has just sold a Type UK with 58000 miles on the clock for 34k
