We did that, over 15 years ago. It started off as doubling the length of the garage, then #2 daughter wanted a bigger bedroom, so we decided to build to roof profile (giving a new bathroom and 2 extra bedrooms), then Mrs Araf wanted a laundry room, so I ended up with a garage that was only 4 ft longer than previous, for about £30k. banghead Could be worse, if the extra toilet had been added to the plans, the garage would have been the same size as before. rolleyes

Integral garages are lovely and dry though. smile

Ok here mate had appointment at hospital ref the thumb & it's healing well so hopefully back to full strength sooner rather than later!

Good news on the house at last mate hopefully this one will be pain free !!

How's the 00's I did see jacki last week when I was in smile

Would you be able to build a garage there? Looks like the side of a house to the far right of the picture, surely that would need some space between it and your garage?
