looking for custom paint respray with excellent reputation..

im looking to have a car of mine resprayed in a custom colour using something like

House of Kolor paint so something metallic and or pearl thats to be done by a 1st rate outfit. so top quality paint and top quality job.


i know nothing about this sort of game. can anyone offer advice as to where to go? paints to use?

Don't worry yourself about which paint to use - every sprayer has the ones he likes and the ones he doesn't. So once you've decided who you're going use (by recommendation and by viewing their work) they'll tell you which paints they feel comfortable using.

Is it a total colour change (guessing it is as you suggested House of kolor paint)?

im looking at an old battered s1 exige thats in europe. so quite a small car. its plastic....im not into wrapping at all....

it doesn't have to be ultimate show car finish....

im based in london but would get the car over to the best guys (at the right price) for the job.

just not sure who to use (hear all sorts of horror stories)....

First Place Finish or Silverstone Paint Technology - both based near Silverstone and we use both to paint our F1 cars. Extremely good with composites and none standard colours.
