Barry S1. I thought it was a goer but its seems you need an eye-fone or something.

Otherwise yeah, why not

Apart from le Mans and spa and the Ring and the odd mountain run, this would be my first track day, don't think I can get away with the Sunday as going on holiday later in the same week

Defo in.

will the Chimaera club accommodation be ready by then Richard?
hehe

I'm hoping so Peter... we're somewhere between exchange and completion... still away and not much leave between now and youngest sprog's wedding end of August, but if all goes well should be moved in by beginning of September and have beds too smile

Some people overlook the importance of beds, they are necessary.

Right, they didn't do sound testing of the cars yesterday so I'll book Snetterton this week and sort out a sound check for Samy for Croft (the OH has an iphone so can download the 10thdecibel app).

hopefully all the bits will be here this weekend. It depends whether I get left alone this weekend enough to make enough progress?

My mate atom111 is coming in his GT86 and is booking a garage so I'll be sharing with him. I'll be booked tomorrow along with Oulton Park in November.

Not doing Croft (yet).

Now, where are all these Chim boys? Come on!
Booked on see you there,

Also doing Bedford again on 23rd August, little bit pricey at £199 but it's a Saturday and avoids the need for a day off work.
Rather dimly I posted this on the wrong thread, Anyhoo, the Saturday at Bedford is with MSV if anyone fancies it, if not I'll see you all at Snetts in September.

Not really, the Lotus has 400BHP and weighs 750Kg, until Jason get in it. That slows it down some what.

The Tuscan driver has a short right leg, car is quick.

Cayman is quick but needs more power

E46 is just another M3 but is quite well driven by Mark.

We are staying at the Breckland Lodge as normal on the Sunday night, if any one else is staying there it seems an opportunity for a beer or two.

Well I'm glad to say I will make it to Snetterton after leaving Bedford the other week with a nasty rattle coming from the front of the engine.
Turns out it was nothing more than the Cat rattling in the Y piece.
A big thank you to QBee for not only lending me his spare Y piece but delivering it as well and to Mat Smith Sportscars for diagnosing it so quickly.
There was a 2 week wait for a decat y piece so without Anthonys help I would have missed out.
