He actually advised me that even if I didn't withdraw, that if possible, I should end the agreement early!!
Wonder why he advised that you "should" end the agreement early?

I bought a new Honda the other day and Honda are offering a £500 deposit contribution if you take their PCP - at 0%. I asked if I could take it and pay it off straightaway and they said no - I'd have to leave it 3 months.

As it's 0% and there are no other fees involved I'm not going to make a fuss but it's an irritating faff when I'd just rather pay for the car.

The 3 months bit here is, again, the dealer trying to protect their commission in the finance agreement and you can settle at any time and benefit from a regulated settlement figure. Quite why they would mention the 3 months on the particular agreement shown above I don't know - the finance is subsidised by Honda and there wouldn't be commission payable in a 0% deal.
