I'm sad to report the write-off of my fine 03 Tuscan.

Owned since April 2009 and taken from 19k to 36k including an almost 3000 mile European GT in 2010.

It succumbed to a head-on collision due to an inexplicable brain fart (on the part of the driver) at a T-junction in Savine-le-Lac, France.

Gutted.

Just a graze, that's easily repaired........I hope. (Chim owner who keeps lurking in the Tuscan domain)

What a pity, but first and most important of all I hope the driver and passenger are doing fine.

When I look at the damage, I would guess that the chassis is still ok.
So perhaps you could get her fixed.

Any way, I hope you can still somehow enjoy your stay in the South of France.

Such a shame but as long as the occupants are alright.

I'm sure a good body shop could mend that.

Sag Conversion anyone??? Lol

Thanks for all the kind words. A bit more T-Cut and it'll polish out, right?

The TVR chassis and panels absorbed the impact spectacularly and nobody was injured.
What you cannot see in the photo is the damage to the chassis crossmember - it's not hopeless, but I can't help feeling this one is done for.
All the same I've got Racing Green on the case.

Sorry to see that and glad you are all ok.
It is always sad to see a damaged TVR, I had a Tuscan for a couple of years and loved it. I am now in a Cerbera but still have great memories of the Tuscan.
